Q: How long until my order ships?
A: We do not keep premixed juice on our shelves for sale. All orders are hand crafted in the order they are placed, please allow 1-2 business days (8-14 during a big sale) for processing. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Q: Will my order be shipped if I refuse to do the age verification?
A: No, according to federal law we must verify the age of all customers. We also will not refund any orders for people that refuse to perform the verification tasks.
Q: Should I steep Texas Rebel Juice?
A: Since all Texas Rebel Juice is mixed fresh per the specifications of your order it is advised to let it steep at least a couple days. Recommended steeping process is placing the juice in a cool dark location for a period of time. Do not steep in direct sunlight as it will degrade the nicotine.
Q: Will I get a shipping notification with tracking number?
A: Yes, you will get an email when your order ships containing a tracking number.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping cost is determined by the amount you spend on your order. Also you have the option the upgrade to Priority at the time of checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world however we are not responsible once the order leaves the US. Please check with your importing country to determine legality of of importing e-liquids or e-juice. We will ship to Canada thru PM or Text or phone call.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes, We offer local pickup in Lillian, Texas. You must contact us through the facebook group or email to arrange a pickup order.
Q: What is the VG/PG level in your juice?
A: VG/PG is displayed VG first then PG on our juices. For example... 60/40 would be 60% VG and 40% PG. You may choose any option you prefer via the drop down box when ordering.
Q: Do you offer wholesale for shops?
A: Yes we offer wholesale for shops with discount depending on order amount. Please contact us through our facebook group or email@example.com
Q: I don't see shipping options or a place to enter coupon code at checkout?
A: After entering payment info, you will be redirected back to our site to choose shipping info and/or enter a coupon code. Payment is not complete until the entire checkout process is done and you get confirmation. If you encounter a problem with a discount code, we must be notified BEFORE you complete your order. Once the order is placed, we cannot make any changes.
Q: Do you offer free samples to shops/individuals/reviewers?
A: No we do not offer free samples, there are sample packs on our website if you are interested in sampling multiple flavors in small quantities.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: No refunds are given for any reason. We will however offer a replacement for orders that have an error on our part. We will not guarantee items with flavor shots or custom mixes. No cancellations.
